Basically, your thought patterns direct and motivate behavior which all in turn, affects how you feel (anxious!). Together, we will explore how to break the cycle. Treatment for anxiety includes a psychoeducation piece: by the end of treatment, you will be the best anxiety therapist!

I offer in-vivo exposure services where I accompany someone to the feared areas, which were once avoided. After several sessions in office, we will go to places like subway, restaurant, store, park, elevator to work on exposing you to the feared stimulus. You will learn relaxation tools to master your fears.

By the end of treatment you will have: extinguished anxious feelings, conquered specific phobias, developed insight into self-talk/your thoughts, learned valuable relaxation techniques, and overall satisfaction for life.
